Subject: Outside Housing Design Modification Requires Updated Lever

Models: All Mortise and Exit Trim (except "narrow stile") Models

An internal design upgrade has been implemented that affects the replacement of the outside housing of Alarm Lock mortise and Exit Trim locksets (NOT including narrow stile).

The result of this upgrade is that the existing outside lever will not fit the new/replacement outside housing.

The solution: When replacing the outside housing, replace the existing outside lever with a new lever plus a new bushing design (provided).
