Subject: New Cencon Logon Key Release

The new Kaba Mas Cencon System 1963S Logon Key, P/N 202227, is released immediately for use with the following Cencon Version 5.1 implementation packages:

• P/N 201190 LICENSE KIT, CENCON 5.X, SINGLE SERVER
• P/N 201194 LICENSE KIT, CENCON 5.X, ENTERPRISE, INCL. ALL MODES

The new key serves as a replacement for P/N 202024, the DS1991 key that has previously been used as a logon key to the Cencon system for Special Supervisor, Supervisor, or Dispatcher personnel (SS, S, or D).

The key is being released due to end of life of the DS1991 Dallas-Maxim iButton. The flat black metal hourglass fob will help to differentiate the new key from the previous black metal teardrop shaped fob of the previous P/N 202024 logon key assembly.

In addition to working with the current released Cencon 5.1 version software, the key is backward compatible with the following versions of software:

• Cencon V4.0.0.1773 and greater

Software versions previous to V4.0.0.1773 do not support the new key assembly and will still require the old 202024 key assembly.

P/N 202024 will be discontinued once current inventory is depleted.

Overall support for versions of the Cencon software previous to Cencon 4 (i.e., Cencon 2 and Cencon 3) will expire as of June 30, 2017.
