Kaba Mas releases Cencon 2 software

Kaba Mas is pleased to announce the new generation in Cencon software, version 2.0, allowing Cencon to operate either on a network with an Oracle® 10G Enterprise Edition or Microsoft® SQL Server Enterprise Edition, or on a stand-alone PC with Microsoft® SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE). Note: MSDE is included on the Cencon 2 software CD. If using Oracle® or Microsoft® SQL software, customers must obtain the respective software and license separately.

Cencon 2 requires the same Cencon PCI adapter card (P/N 202183) used with Cencon version 1.5.2. Several additional features have been added to the software and can be reviewed at: http://www.kabamas.com/cencon2

CenTran 2 software is also available

CenTran 2 allows a customer's third-party custom software to interface with their Cencon 2 files, giving the ability to perform basic functions via remote technology. Customers with a previous version of CenTran who want to transition to Cencon 2 must purchase CenTran 2. Furthermore, CenTran 2 and Cencon 2 cannot share the same PCIO card.
