Main Lock Assembly

The main lock assembly is configured to be installed on a right hand reverse door (RHR). Left hand reverse (LHR) is shown on page 5. NOTE: The RIM cylinder shown is not included with the model 11A, but any standard RIM cylinder can be installed.

Side View (Deadbolt / Door Edge Side)

Rim Cylinder (Sold Separately) Alarm Lock Part Number CER-KD

One Rim Cylinder is required for the 11A sliding lock assembly; a second RIM Cylinder can be installed into the door to provide control of the deadbolt from the outside of the door.

Sliding Lock Assembly Operation:

A= When the deadbolt is extended, the device is locked and armed.

B= Pressing the clapper plate causes the deadbolt assembly to slide away from the keeper, releasing the door and triggering the integral alarm.

For Left Hand Reverse (LHR) doors: Simply remove the two screws on the clapper plate and reinstall as shown above.

Two small self-sticking instruction labels are included.

Paperwork:

Instructions for assembling the standard rim cylinder lock cover: Part "P3193" Installation template: Part "P5027A"

Mounting Hardware:

Six (6) screws used to mount the main lock assembly to the door.

Three (3) screws used to mount the Keeper to the door jamb.

Two (2) machine screws to be installed on the edge of the sliding lock assembly.
