SIMPLY THE BEST!
Bolts Into The Frame Not The Floor!
Take It From The Pro's!
Locksmith:
"...really like seeing the Trident bolting into the frame instead of the floor where dirt, moisture, & salt build up in the strike..."
Fire Marshal:
"...Trident provides multiple points of locking with code compliant single motion release for exit doors - much better than slide bolts..."
LP Director:
"...superb security comes from the automatic high security relocking provided in the self locking Trident lock..."
From A Locksmith's Point Of View
Securitech's TridentTM has been protecting America's Retail Market for years with thousands installed across the country. Locksmiths of America endorse it because of their Ease of Installation, Forced Entry Protection, & Maintenance-Free Operation. "TridentTM is Simply the Best."
Trident? Best invention since sliced bread.
I've installed multi-point locks from Securitech for over fifteen years and the Trident is the easiest and fastest to install. I'd give a Nobel Prize to whoever came up with their metal marking template – It's Genius!
I always recommend the Trident self-locking model – the door closes and boom – the bolts project automatically into the frame. No worrying about whether a store associate remembers to lock the door – when it closes, it automatically relocks.
The best thing about the Trident on single doors is that all the bolts engage into the frame – nothing into the floor. I've seen more problems with that bottom bolt than anything else. From dirt to misalignment… bottom bolts on active doors are nothing but trouble.
Want me to bolt into the floor? Fuhgedabout it! There's usually a large gap between the door and saddle. Sometimes there isn't even a saddle! It's the least secure locking point and the most attacked by thieves, in most cases.
That darn bottom bolt that locks into the floor always gets me out on late night service calls. Someone's trying to lock up and go home and they can't. I haven't had any calls like that with Trident.
My customers also prefer the wall mounted alarms. The siren blasts into the store, not out into the parking lot or back alley. Whoever came up with putting the alarm on the door, anyway? Why would you want to tell people on the outside where they can walk into to the back of a store?
I like to do a job, give the best protection and walk away without call backs. That's why as a locksmith I recommend the Trident - It's the toughest exit lock out there.
