Securakey Changing the Baud Rate on the SK-LAN Lantronix (Model UDS-1100)

CHANGING THE BAUD RATE ON THE SK-LAN (LANTRONIX MODEL UDS-1100)

After connecting the UDS-1100, install the DeviceInstaller.

After Step #6, under Assigning an IP Address", click FINISH and then use the following procedure to reset the Baud Rate.

Click on SEARCH .

Verify the Hardware Address matches the address located on the bottom of the UDS-1100 unit.

Double click on UDS1100.

Select Telnet Configuration Tab

Select Connect

Press ENTER

At the bottom of the screen you will see "Your Choice", Enter "1", Hit ENTER

Type in 38400 for Baud Rate, Hit ENTER

Continue to hit ENTER until " Change Set-up " appears.

Select #9 for "Your Choice" - "Save and Exit", Hit ENTER.

The screen will be shaded indicating the new baud rate has been saved.
