Magnetic Door Holder and Stop

Choose preferred mounting position for Door Holder.
Line up the fittings with both door and anchor point. Do this with Door Fitting and Anchor Fitting joined by the magnet and mark position with a pencil.
Using supplied screws or other anchoring devices appropriate for your application, secure the Anchor Fitting and Door Fitting to their marked positions.
4) On occasion, when mounting to the floor, you may find that the mount doesn't align with the door fitting. It may be necessary to rotate the mounting bracket and refasten to floor or wall.
5) Mounting in concrete: Drill 5/16" dia. x 1-5/8" hole into concrete. Tighten washer and nut against expanding liner and insert assembly into hole. Using wrench, tighten nut. You will need 1/2" to 3/4" of threaded stud above floor. Thread door stop onto stud. It may be necessary to remove nut to attain proper fit.
