The Command Access PD18-M series is a motorized latch pullback Grade 1 architectural exit device; made for use in all institutions and commercial buildings storefront applications. All PD18-M models are equipped with our PTS "push to set" technology. We know that door conditions change and in retrofit scenarios you never know exactly what you're walking into. But with our PTS adjustment your post installation adjustment is greatly simplified in 5 quick seconds. As a retrofit for the Adams Rite 88 or 86 models are designed to utilize the existing mounting locations and mortise or rod & case assemblies without having to remove the door Install this device with the confidence of knowing that the PD18-M series meets or exceeds the high standards of other grade 1 products and carries our 3-year "no hassle" warranty, meaning we will support you.
