PN50 Padlock - Cylinder Installation Instructions
T54C Cylinder
1. Shackle in locked position. 2. Be sure the 1/4 circular bump is at lower-left side as shown in the image.
3. Assemble the cap adapter into the cylinder.
4. Assemble the cylinder into the lock body.
5. Turn the key and the shackle into the unlocked position.
6. Move the cylinder in the clockwise direction when you pull out the key. If the cylinder is in the opposite (counterclockwise) direction, you won't be able to open the shackle when all the assemblies are completed.
7. Put the cover over the cylinder. 8. Fasten the cylinder by screw. 9. Completed.
