Product Guidelines

• • Only products listed in this catalog are available on Turbo. Products not listed in this catalog will automatically be entered at standard factory production lead times.
• • Please refer to the Norton Rixson Price Book for product pricing information

24-Hour

• • Orders received prior to 1pm EST will ship within 24 hours
• • Standard Buying Program discounts less 10% are automatically applied
• • Quotes cannot be used for 24-Hour Turbo
• • Maximum quantity per order: 5 (per customer, per day)
• • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled

Shipments

• • All shipments are made F.O.B. factory. Shipments may be subject to small parcel handling charges and fuel surcharges as part of the freight.
• • Shipping charges are prepaid and will be added to your invoice
• • UPS Ground is the standard freight carrier

Returns

• Refer to the Norton Rixson Price Book for the policy on returned goods

HOW TO ORDER

• 1. Use separate order form for Turbo Program.
• 2. This catalog contains one order form. Copy order forms from this catalog as needed. Note: The order form is your purchase order – Do not send a cover sheet. If your order is duplicated, it cannot be returned.
• 3. Email to orders.nortonrixson@assaabloy.com .
• 4. If you use your own purchase order form instead of the Norton Rixson form, order MUST include 24-Hour Turbo , and Turbo part number.
