Electrical Ratings: Two types of wiring are offered:

Specify EH340-2 for two-wire #18 AWG circuits, rated 3 amps continuous. Low voltage only. Specify EH340-4 for four-wire #22 AWG circuits rated 2 amps continuous. Low voltage only.

Installation Instructions:

• 1. Prepare door and frame per details shown.
• 2. To insure proper operation of door, the centerline of the top pivot pin must be straight and plumb with bottom spindle.
• 3. Connect wires in door frame and install jamb portion with pin retracted.
• 4. Place door on bottom pivot and raise door so that its top is within two feet of the top iamb.

• 5. Push wires through door portion bearing hole and connect wires in door.
• 6. Install door portion.
• 7. Raise door to vertical position while carefully pushing wires down inside door.
• 8. Engage top pivot pin by turning adjusting screw clockwise when door portion is in alignment with the jamb portion.
• 9. Test the electrical installation for proper operation of the wired door devices.
