An added benefit is the ability for maintenance employees to install, and maintain this type of door closer. This is a cost effective solution because you can eliminate maintenance service agreements and lower your energy consumption per opening compared to traditional power operators.

ENERGY REDUCING IMPACT

A regenerative power system charges an onboard battery pack that eliminates the need to run electrical wire to the unit. When used in automatic mode 25% of the time or less, the 5800 Series ADA EZ PRO will selfgenerate enough power to charge the battery pack for up to 12 years.

• Commercial, high traffic manual opening applications that occasionally require automatic operation.

The PRO model excels in applications where the traffic pattern allows for 80 door cycles per day, 25% of which are automatic and 75% of which are manual. The PRO requires no electrical connection, no permit, no inspection, no wiring, and no low voltage license. It installs like a manual door closer in less than 1 hour.

ADAEZ PRO PLUS

24 VDC Powered - Continuous Automatic Use

• Connects to ANY 24VDC Power Supply
• Commercial applications requiring Push-and-Go, Power Close, Electric Lock Interface features

The PRO PLUS model is for applications that require continuous automatic use or automatic use more than 25% of the time. Also for applications where the door is used less than 80 times on average per day or when expanded feature like "Push and Go", "Power Close", or Electric Lock interfaces are desirable.
