? Is the new look applicable to SARGENT and Yale door closers?	Yes. The new look is applicable to the SARGENT 1131 Series and Yale 51 Series door closers.
? What are the new model numbers?	Model numbers are not changing; order 1601, 1603BC, etc.
? Is templating different?	No. Templating doesn't change.
How will customers be able to tell the difference when new product begins shipping?	Each individual box and master box will have a fluorescent sticker for 6 months to help customer cycle through oldest inventory.
? What is the lead time?	> Standard lead time applies - normally 3-4 weeks.
? When will the factory begin taking orders?	May 2023.
? Does pricing change?	No, pricing will remain the same.
? What is the warranty for the new 1600?	> 30 years.
