For Existing Door Preparation:

• 1. Insert latch into 1" diameter hole and fasten with 2 screws.
• 2. Push keyed assembly through 2-1/8" diameter hole from the inside and properly engage latch with the retractor. IMPORTANT: PRONGS MUST ENGAGE CHASSIS AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 2.
• 3. Check from inside of door to make sure the latch is properly engaged before mounting the outside rose.
• 4. Position and align inside adapter with thru-bolts and secure with 2 short 10-32 F.H.M. screws.
• 5. Place and fasten inside assembly to adapter with 2 longer screws. Key must be inserted and turned to expose screw holes.
• 6. Check lock for proper operation before closing door.
