Major CCT-200 Cylinder Cappung Block Installation Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE WITH CCT-200

CYLINDER CAPPING BLOCK FOR SARGENT REMOVABLE CORES

The CCT-200 block is machined to accept the Sargent Removable core from either side, there is no front or back. The core will go in or out with the control sleeve in the locked or unlocked position.

After keying the cylinder, place the cover strip on top of the cylinder and hold in place.

Lift the spring loaded top plate and slide the cylinder into the capping block. The spring tension will hold the brass strip in place.

Test all keys to make sure the cylinder is keyed correctly. .

Use a plastic, rubber or rawhide mallet to set the cover strip. The use of a steel hammer is not recommended as repeated use will damage the top plate.
