66E SERIES COMBINATION LOCK CONTROL CODE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

THE CONTROL CODE DOES NOT OPEN THE LOCK! CODE IS FACTORY SET TO 5-5-5-5-5-5 TO PERFORM ANY ACTION THE CODE MUST BE CHANGED FIRST.

For all operations, double beep $\backslash prod$ means entry is valid or accepted. Triple signal $\backslash bigcap\_\{n=1\}^\{\backslash infty\}$ means entry is invalid or not accepted.

• If four consecutive invalid codes entered, 5-minute time penalty starts (Any Keystroke )...).
• At expiration of penalty period, 2 more consecutive invalid entries, time penalty restarts.

FUNCTION ENTRY PROCEDURE

WITHOUT KEY

• Enter code and HOLD down last digit
• Unit will double signal twice and LED stays ON.
• Follow additional instructions for each function as shown below

Press and HOLD 0 until double signal.

• Unit will double signal twice and LED stays ON.

If any error occurs $(\backslash frac\{hhh\}\{h\})$ existing setting remains, wait 20 seconds and start at beginning of Function Entry Procedure.

CHANGING CODES - FUNCTION 0

• Follow Function Entry Procedure
• Press 0. Unit will double signal.

• Enter new Code [and key]

Confirm Code [and key]

RECEIVE AUDIT - FUNCTION 7

This function requires LG Audit interface and software.

Follow Function Entry Procedure

• Press 7. - Unit will signal once and Audit will be sent.

REPLACE MANAGER KEY - FUNCTION 4

(If Key option active)

• Follow Function Entry Procedure

• Press 4. - Unit will signal once.

Manager can now open the lock with <u>any</u> key.

• Manager must change his code to perform Functions

RESET LOCK FEATURE - FUNCTION 8

CAUTION: Lock will be reset to Pre-Setup Mode.

Pressing [1] will open the lock for testing purpose.

Use 'LG Audit Setup' PC-software and the Audit interface to perform new lock setup.

Key option can <u>not</u> be changed with this Function.

Follow Function Entry Procedure

Press 8. - Unit will signal twice.

• Enter Manager Code [and key] (Manager code must be changed from Factory settings prior to Reset.)

• Unit will give a long signal

• Lock in Pre-Setup Mode.
