Added support for Two-Factor authentication for RC-04 and RC-03 reader-controller. Three types of two-factor are supported:
- o Card/Pin: User must present a credential then enter a 4-9 digit PIN for access
- o Two User: Two valid credentials must be presented for access
- o Two User Card/Pin: Two valid credentials and associated PINs must be presented for access
- Two-Factor events added to dashboard widgets and reports when enabled
