SOFTWARE DELIVERY

For every order of TruCredential software, the ship-to contact on the purchase order will receive access to the installer and software documentation electronically via the TrustedCare portal. Shortly after the order is placed, the email address provided on the order will receive an email with the product key and a welcome email from TrustedCare (note that these emails will be delivered within 48 hours of the order being placed). The contact will be provided with instructions on how to access the portal and how to download the software. The contact will have the ability to download their software after the order is booked and all applicable holds are released.

If required, customers can order a DVD for a small fee.

Evaluation Software: End customers and installation technicians can download TruCredential evaluation software from entrustdatacard.com. The evaluation software does not require a product key and is valid for 90 days. Note: The installer for the evaluation software is the same as the installer available on TrustedCare. Use this link to download TruCredential Evaluation Software from entrustdatacard.com.
