B ALLEN WRENCH-CYLINDER CYLINDER

Insert a 5/64" Allen wrench and remove retainer screw as shown. Cylinder and retainer will drop out together.

Remove cylinder retainer from cylinder for repining. Reverse steps to reassemble.

Note: Be sure shackle is in the same position and also the key in the position in the cylinder during reassembly as it was disassembled in order to keep padlock "timed".

Rotate key to release shackle.

Insert control key and turn counterclockwise until stop is reached.

With key in this position, pull out core.

To remove key - return to vertical position and withdraw.
