F.A.Q. Subject: Installing the Model 707 Door Pull

Models: Models 250 / 260, 700 / 710 and 715

See images at right. Mounting the external door pull for Models 250 / 260, 700 / 710 and 715 is relatively simple. Packed inside the Model 707 Door Pull box is a mounting template (P3191). Use this template for drilling the correct "thru-holes", then mount the 707 Door Pull with the upper and lower Thru Bolts provided.

Next, install a rim cylinder through the Model 707 Door Pull and the door. Secure the cylinder inside the door with the Inside Bracket and Mounting Screw provided.

Install the model 250 / 260, 700 / 710 or 715 over the Tail Piece of the outside Rim Cylinder. Tail Piece length in almost all cases must be shortened. Mount the model 250 / 260, 700 / 710 or 715 to the inside of the door with the hardware as defined in the lock installation manual.
