INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 52-2593 KEYPAD SHROUD FOR USE WITH KP AND PROFILE SERIES ACCESS CONTROL PRODUCTS

KP Series

• 1. Remove paper backing from gasket, place above keypad escutcheon and press firmly.
• 2. Using spacer with mounting holes below centerline as template, mark and drill three (3) 3/16" x 1/2" deep holes. If anchors are not used, use a #32 size drill.
• 3. Insert anchors (if required) and complete installation.

Profile Series

• 1. Mark a level line 1-1/2" above the top edge of the outside escutcheon.
• 2. Remove paper backing from gasket, place just above the marked line and press firmly.
• 3. Place spacer on top of gasket and complete installation from step 2 in KP Series.

Note: For exterior installations the use of weatherseal gaskets (ordered separately) to seal between the escutcheon and door is recommended.
