The lock is not operational if the handing selection of the lock has not been set up. Eng

In the case where you want to change the handing configuration of the product, in order to change the lock to a different door, you will need to perform a "handing reset". To do this, follow the steps described below:

• La serrure n'est pas opérationnelle si la sélection du sens d'ouverture de la serrure n'a pas été effectuée. Dans le cas où vous souhaitez modifier la configuration du sens d'ouverture du produit, pour installer la serrure sur une autre porte par example, vous devrez effectuer un reset du sens d'ouverture.
