Our Customer Success Program Provides Flexible Options

Solution Consulting

begins during the solution implementation phase to ensure that the desired outcomes of the customer are understood as early as possible. Solution Consulting services help our customers implement best practices including: defining issuance methodologies that align with the desired rollout pace, outlining training strategies, delivering plans around customer acceptance criteria, and identifying relevant selfservice materials and help desk delivery approaches.

Adoption Support

encompasses the entire customer lifecycle process. HID Professional Services Implementation Consultants identify our customer's adoption criteria and success measurements to build a successful adoption campaign. The campaign includes stakeholder champions who facilitate adoption through a clear communication of program timelines, project benefits, and user impacts. This defined, iterative training and awareness program reinforces high user adoption.

Enablement

is the key to implementing an effective help desk service and providing users with the tools to understand the workflow between the customer and the HID Technical Support department. We help the customer prepare support playbooks and templates, how-to guides, FAQs, and customized guidelines for the customer's help desk team.

Education

through the HID Global Certification Program offers a comprehensive training course to ensure ongoing contact and connection with HID. In addition to advanced topic webinars and access to our HID Genuine Academy with instructor-led or online training classes, we also offer a more customized approach to tailor the content specifically to your organization's version, workflow, business rules, policies, and integrations.

Solution Maintenance

is ongoing and provides the customer with remote assistance or onsite assistance to maintain the technology environment while ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest service packs and new releases from HID Global.
