Smaller than a grain of rice, the HID Global Glass Tag Mini transponder delivers big performance. Patented HID direct-bonding technology enables the compact tag design and optimized read range featured in the Glass Tag Mini. This tiny tag implants subcutaneously with minimal invasiveness. Even small animals, like fish and mice, will experience negligible injection trauma and excellent acceptance. The enclosed technology chip meets ISO 11784-85.

As with the entire line of Glass Tag contactless RFID transponders, HID employs fully automated processes to ensure consistent quality and reliability. Standard Glass Tag units are enclosed in biocompatible glass, making them harmless to animals. The optional parylene coating improves and accelerates tissue adhesion, preventing the movement of tags implanted subcutaneously.
