EasyLobby Access Control Integration Matrix
Purchasing an Access Control Integration allows you to grant temporary card access (or barcode access) to certain visitors or contractors directly from the EasyLobby SVM visitor form at the time of check-in. With this optional software component, you can either loan the person a proximity card, or have our barcoded badge open a turnstile or door, or activate an elevator.
EasyLobby access control integration software is sold as a server-based license – customers typically only need one copy regardless of the number of SVM stations they deploy (assuming the access control system resides on a single server).
Please contact your HID sales manager for further details, such as what specific versions of the access control integration that the EasyLobby SVM supports, as these change periodically. The following base functionality is supported with nearly all of the integrations:

- ¡ Assign access rights during the registration process
- ¡ Suspend access rights for a visitor upon check-out
- ¡ Contactless card enables the to tap a desktop reader for easy check-in/check-out

* The "dropbox" add on license for access control systems allows customers to designate one or more exit readers where visitors leave the facility and "drop" their loaned access card into a box where it is read by the reader, and collected to be re-used. Once a card is read by a designated exit reader, the access control system matches the card number to the temporary visitor card holder record created by EasyLobby, and tells the EasyLobby database to automatically check the visitor out (time and date stamp is stored in the EasyLobby database).
