Description

The surface-mounted 1663 Series Rim Strike requires no frame cutting for installation and is designed to work with Pullman latch exit devices. Its ultra-slim 1/2" profile is ideally suited for tight-fitting installations.

Standard features include a 12-24VDC auto-sensing power input, field-selectable fail-safe/fail-secure lock mode and high-grade stainless steel construction. Continuous current draw is a PoE friendly 0.030 Amps.

The 1663 accomodates Pullman latch projections of 1/2"-3/4" . Two 1/8" spacers are included to accomodate 5/8" & 3/4" latch installations. A conventional keeper design (only one moving part) promotes even load distribution and horizontal adjustability up to 1/4" ensures proper latch positioning to compensate for minor door misalignment.
