Custom Length Housings - Horizontal and Vertical

3700 - 3750

Vertical Custom Length Housing: Measure dimension floor to bottom of header stop then subtract 1/8". Housing is non-handed.

3500 - 3550

Horizontal Custom Length Housing: Measure dimension between vertical stops then subtract 1/8". Housing is handed - LHR shown.

3600 - 3650

Horizontal Custom Length Housing: Measure dimension between vertical stops then subtract 1/8". Housing is handed - RHR shown.

Custom Length Housings

Custom Length Housings Series' 3500, 3600, 3700 and 3800 may be used with any full size 2000 or 3000 Series electromagnetic lock except the 3006 and 3101B Series. Custom Length Housings 3550, 3650, 3750 and 3850 are designed for use with 2511 and 2522 Mini electromagnetic locks only.

Custom Length Housings provide an unbroken sight line across the header or along a vertical jamb, for a less conspicuous installation. Installation is easy, standard locks are mounted in the conventional manner, a pre-cut track is installed in line with the lock and a "U" shaped channel is attached to the track, concealing both track and lock. Both track and housing ends may be field trimmed as required on all models except the 3700 and 3750.

Pricing is for Housing only, locks must be ordered separately. Housings are furnished in US28 finish. For special finishes see page 52. Special lengths or modifications to standard housings are available - consult factory for price and delivery.
