DESCRIPTION

Camden CV-550SPK stand-alone, HID format, prox reader and keypad supports up to 2000 users with card, PIN, or card and PIN access. It features a cast metal housing and backlit keypad with fully potted electronics, making CV-550SPK both weather (IP65 rated) and vandal resistant. In addition, the CV-550SPK has inputs for REX switch/sensor, door contacts, as well as Form 'C' relay, tamper and Wiegand 26 bit outputs. User prox cards or tags can easily be individually or batch enrolled.

APPLICATION

Camden CV-550SPK offers a complete 1 door access control solution for high traffic indoor or outdoor applications that demand weather and vandal resistant performance over years of operation. The 26 bit Wiegand input and output allows the unit to also operate as a dual credential (prox reader and keypad) access control system device. CV-550SPK is ideal for professional offices, healthcare, schools, retail stores, commercial and industrial applications. CV-550SPK may be used to control entry or egress through electrically locked doors or for activating/deactivating overhead doors, automatic doors, elevators, equipment or machinery.

ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS SPECIFICATIONS

The keypads to be used throughout the site/complex shall be Camden Door Controls model CV-550SPK. The keypad shall have all metal construction and backlit keys. The keypad shall have a sealed metal faceplate and body, which is fully potted.

All programming shall be done through the keypad, and programming information shall be stored in non-volatile EEPROM memory. The keypad shall have a minimum of 2,000 user codes. There shall be 1 for relay, tamper alarm, Wiegand input/output and a request-to exit.
