In this version the two Blue wires are tied together with a voltage dropping resistor, and terminated in a Red wire.
If powering from 24V DC, leave resistor in place If powering from 12V DC, cut off resistor only. Slide onto the pins side-by-side with the blank empty pins towards the bottom edge.
