DESCRIPTION

Camden Door Controls CM-550SK is a heavy-duty stainless steel backlit keypad designed for indoor or outdoor use. With up to 2000 programmable user codes, the keypad provides controlled access through electrically locked doors. All programming is done through the keypad, eliminating the need for computers or hand-held programmers. Programming information is held in non-volatile memory. The sealed metal keypad and case provides extreme resistance to vandalism and abuse.

APPLICATION

Camden Model CM-550SK is a weather resistant and vandal resistant digital backlit keypad, designed for heavy-duty indoor or outdoor applications. The keypad may be used as an access control device wherever controlled entry through a electrically locked door is desired. It may also be used for activating/deactivating machinery or equipment, overhead doors, automatic doors, or any other electrified device. Applications include offices, executive offices, computer rooms, engineering labs, equipment rooms, storage sites, etc.

ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS SPECIFICATIONS

The keypads to be used throughout the site/complex shall be Camden Door Controls model CM-550SK. The keypad shall have all metal construction and backlit keys. The keypad shall have a sealed metal faceplate and body, which is fully potted.

All programming shall be done through the keypad, and programming information stored in non-volatile EEPROM memory. There shall be a minimum of (1) relay outputs and a request-to exit input.
