You are required to send a copy of this letter to all manufacturing locations authorized under UL File BP10200, Volume 1.

The Follow-Up Services Procedure covering your product(s) will typically be provided by UL within 10 business days. Any information and documentation provided to you involving the Mark services are provided on behalf of or any authorized licensee of.

Products that bear the Mark must be identical to those submitted to UL for evaluation and certification and must comply with the Follow-Up Services Procedure covering your product(s).
