PD15REXKIT-ED

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The PD15REXKIT-ED is a field installable request to exit switch for AHT 8000/9000, PD15/16, Jackson 1285/1295, & Kawneer 1686 series exit devices.

KIT INCLUDES

• A. REX switch
• B. 4 Phillips screws
• C. 2- Sticky pad w/ zip tie
• D. REX sticker

Tools Required

• Phillips screw driver

• Rating: .5A @24 VAC
• Configuration: Green Common (C)

Blue - Normally Open (NO)

Gray - Normally Closed (NC)

Mechanical = PD15/16, AHT 8000/9000, Kawneer 1686, Jackson 1285/1295 * If device has MM4RM - See PD15REXKIT-M-ED

•Remove rear mounting bracket and slide REX bracket into existing groove in housing towards push pad.

•Slide forward until the right corner of the REX bracket lines up with the end of the inner channel.

•Secure REX bracket by tightening all (4) screws.

•Add sticky pad and zip tie to secure REX wires and add wire configuration sticker.
