The Delayed Egress Electromagnetic Lock is an All-in-One delayed egress lock with a built-in sensor that detects pressure applied to outward swinging doors.

A built-in sounder makes this ideal for applications requiring loss prevention, life safety and traffic control.

The BML-DE8310 is unique in that there is no need to replace existing door hardware making this an easy and affordable delayed egress solution.

This easy and affordable single or double door delayed egress solution is ideal for a number of applications, including loss prevention, life safety, traffic control and custom applications. These DE units have the ability to synchronize 3 or 4 door custom applications. A converter kit is required.‡
