Subject: Prep interchangeable core (I.C.) Rim Cylinders used with ETDL Series Locks

Models: ETDL, ETPDL, ETPL, ETDLN, ETPDLN, ETPLN, ET-BIC, ET-CIC, ET-MIC,

ET-ARIC, ET-RIC, ET-SIC, ET-YIC

1. Follow these steps prior to installing the rim cylinder into the Alarm Lock device. Be sure to use the appropriate cylinder adapter kit with the tailpiece for your brand of cylinder.

The Standard Tailpiece Must Be Completely Removed From the Cylinder.

2. You must attach the Alarm Lock tailpiece, supplied with the ET adapter kit, on to the I.C. Core. Then install the core into the I.C. cylinder housing.
