ADDENDUM TO THE 4500 SERIES INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before installing the Inside Housing Assembly , rotate the Cam as follows:

1. Before installing the Inside Housing Assembly , be sure the deadbolt is retracted as shown.

2. Notice the circumference of the Cam is not completely round; there is a "flat spot". With the deadbolt retracted, rotate the Cam so that the Leaf Switch Arm sits in the "flat spot" of the Cam, as shown in Fig. 2.

3. After installing the Inside Housing Assembly , connect the white wire and orange wire plugs (white to white and orange to orange).
