When used in 5300LN, 4700LN, or NexTouch® Series Cylindrical Locks Installation Instructions

• 1. Remove the key from the cylinder.
• 2. Remove threaded collar and tailpiece.
• 3. Install tailpiece with threaded collar. (Adjust collar for proper end play of plug.)
• 4. Attach adapter sleeve on the cylinder and slide cylinder into cylinder sleeve (if required for fit).
• 5. Follow instructions packed with lock to install cylinder into lever handle.

Note: 4700LN and NexTouch® series manufactured since 2021 no longer require the cylinder sleeve. The sleeve is only required on legacy models of these series.
