BYPASS TRACK AND HARDWARE FOR DOORS 150/250LBS

Step 1

Insert (2) Rollers per track.

Position Track into opening, fasten with screws provided. Install one screw approx. every 12-16 inches. Start on both ends and work towards the center. (#8 x 1-1/4" (M4 x 32mm) Pan DEEP/THR PHL Satin Nickel)

Step 2 (Optional)

For easy access of Rollers, same as step #1 except Cut Track 2" less than finished opening and install Track to Header with 2" clearance at one Jamb.

Step 3

Position Hanger Plates so edge of Hanger Plates are a minimum of 2-1/4" from edge of door. Pre-drill 7/64" Pilot Holes. Screw Hanger plates to top of door along center line using 8 screws provided (#12 x 1-1/4" (M5.5 x 32mm) Pan DEEP/THR PHL Brass)

Step 4 Install Floor Guides

Install floor guide in the center of the opening plumb with center of the track choosing hole combinations to set space for 1-3/8" or 1-3/4" doors. Use the 2 screws provided (#10 x 1-1/4 (M5 x 32mm) Pan DEEP/THR PHL Satin Nickel)

Step 5

To install door Hanger, lift door in the upward motion, sliding the post into the Hanger Plate, then push the locking tab to the locked position. Turn the post to adjust vertically for height and plumb using wrench provided. (Do Not unscrew post from hanger). To remove door slide locking tab open, lift slightly and slide post out from hanger.
