8200 Mortise Lock with ALP Trim 130KALP Turn/184KALP Emergency Release INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1) Install lock & trim per instructions A8053
2) Position the Turn/Emergency Release on the door, engaging the lockbody, parallel and flush with the paddle cover
3) Mark mounting hole locations using the Turn/Emergency Release as the template
4) For wood doors: drill (2) 1/16" (.062) diameter holes for #6 wood screws and for metal doors: drill & tap for #6-32 machine screws
5) Secure Turn/Release to door with screws supplied

NOTE: Use of the 184KALP and 130KALP together may require the tail pieces to be shortened to prevent interference.
