• Note 1: Cylinder cut-out (if applicable) will be 1-1/4" Diameter for Exit Device use, and 1-1/2" Diameter for Mortise Lock use. If special cut-out is needed, please contact customer service.
• Note 2: Cylinder does not come with trim, cylinder must be ordered separately.
• Note 3: Hager will provide a customized drawing of the trim for your approval based on the options you have chosen. Production will not begin until approval has been received.
• Note 4: It is necessary to provide Hager with a template of your Exit Device/Mortise Lock each time you order to ensure correct placement of cylinder cut-outs and attached mounting studs.
• Note 5: Make-To-Order items accepted by Hager are non-cancelable except with prior written consent from our St.Louis office. Approved cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
• Note 6: Under no circumstancs will non-stock, make-to-order, or discontinued product be accepted for return unless it is due to Hager error.
• Note 7: When choosing handing, list the handing of the trim, not the handing of the door. See chart below for help with handing. Dummy trim does not require handing.
• Note 8. 313L cannot be used on inswinging doors.
