INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• MEASURE 1-5/16" OUT FROM DOOR JAMB ON CENTERLINE OF DOOR. THIS IS THE LOCATION OF SPINDLE CENTER.
• ROUND HEEL EDGE AND PREPARE DOOR FOR 1/16" MIN. CLEARANCE THRU ENTIRE OPENING.
• 3. INSTALL 0128 DOOR PORTION PER TEMPLATE.
• 4. INSTALL 0128 FLOOR PORTION PER TEMPLATE
• 5. INSTALL 0320 DOOR PORTION PER TEMPLATE
• 6. INSTALL 0320 JAMB PORTION PER TEMPLATE.
• CENTERLINE OF PIVOT SHOULD ALIGN WITH CENTERLINE OF BOTTOM SPINDLE. USE A PLUMB LINE TO ASSURE ACCURACY.
• 8. SET INSTALLED 0128 DOOR PORTION ON 0128 FLOOR PORTION SPINDLE.
• ENGAGE THE TOP PIVOT PIN BY TURNING PIN RETRACTING SCREW CLOCKWISE.
• 10. FASTEN 0320 DRESS PLATE TO 0320 JAMB PORTION.

DISMOUNT DOOR (IF REQUIRED)

• 1. OPEN THE DOOR ENOUGH TO DISENGAGE THE TOP PIVOT.
• 2. ROTATE THE DOOR TO CLOSED POSITION.
• 3. WITH THE TOP OF THE DOOR LEANING TOWARD YOU, LIFT THE DOOR CLEAR OF THE SPINDLE.
